Snapper is a skilled designer, developer, brand strategist, and aspiring business coach. He enjoys working with a new business just getting off the ground or helping a local shop grow into a multi-million dollar organization. Yet, with every company he works with, he's never lost sight of his mission to help city and business leaders understand how important their small businesses to the survival of their communities.

Snapper's greatest strength is helping businesses overcome the disarray of data and metrics in marketing. Instead, he works to help organizations find their bright spots and use them as a bridge to connect to the people who buy their products and services.

Kaila Cridge
Dog mom/Designer (in that order).
Kaila is an experienced graphic designer whose focus is on helping small businesses understand the importance of human-driven branding and design. As a designer and promising Webflow developer, her primary function is website design and visual development.
Her passion for design can be traced back to around age 6 years old. Back then, she'd watch as her dad worked his "next big project." Once in high school, she joined the Graphic Design Career Program at her high school, earning her Adobe Associate Certification in Graphic Design and Adobe Illustrator.
An Indiana native, Kaila now resides in Charleston, South Carolina. When she's not doing client work, she's busy raising her two dogs, Penny and Piper. Or she can be found mixing drinks in the downtown Charleston nightlife.
